This Privacy Notice for LIBSK Commission Agency and Trading Company (شركة لبسك للوكيل بالعمولة والأتجار بالعمولة) (doing business as LIBSK) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you visit our website at http://www.libsk.com, download and use our mobile application (LIBSK), or engage with us in other related ways.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide including: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames, billing addresses, contact or authentication data, device tokens for push notifications, and profile photos. Account credentials are managed by Firebase Authentication; we do not collect or store your password.
Payment Data. All payment data is handled and stored by our payment processor, Payzah (payzah.com), which supports KNET and Apple Pay. We do not store your card numbers.
Application Data. We may collect geolocation information, mobile device access (camera, storage), mobile device data, and send push notifications.
Automatically Collected Data. We automatically collect IP address, device characteristics, browser type, operating system, and usage information through Firebase Analytics and similar technologies.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication, deliver services, respond to inquiries, send administrative information, fulfill and manage orders, request feedback, send marketing communications, protect our services, evaluate and improve our platform, identify usage trends, determine marketing effectiveness, and comply with legal obligations.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We share your information with: Google Account and Apple Account (social login), Google Cloud Platform and Firebase (cloud infrastructure), Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions for Firebase, Cloud Storage for Firebase (functionality), Payzah (billing and payment processing), Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In (authentication), Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics), Firebase Crash Reporting and Firebase Performance Monitoring (monitoring), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications). We use Algolia to power search, but it only holds our product and boutique catalog (such as titles, prices, and images) — we do not send your personal information to Algolia.

If you register using Google or Apple, we receive profile information from those providers including your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only as described in this notice.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures including Firebase Authentication, encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, Firestore security rules, and rate limiting. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
Users must be at least 13 years of age to use LIBSK. Because the age of majority in Kuwait is 21, any user under the age of 21 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use the platform and make purchases, and the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for those transactions. This requirement is stated consistently in our Terms of Use.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. You can withdraw consent, opt out of marketing by unsubscribing from emails or turning off push notifications in app settings. To update or delete your account, log in to your account settings or contact us at privacy@libsk.com.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform technology standard has been finalized.
11. MARKETPLACE PLATFORM
LIBSK operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. When you place an order, your name, delivery address, and phone number are shared with the relevant boutique owner solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Boutique owners are required to handle your personal information responsibly and only use it for order fulfillment purposes. LIBSK is not responsible for the privacy practices of individual boutique owners beyond what is outlined in their seller agreements with us.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently.

15. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (KUWAIT / CITRA)
LIBSK operates as an e-commerce platform based in the State of Kuwait and handles personal data in line with the requirements of the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA). We collect and process personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so — including your consent, the performance of your order, and compliance with our legal obligations. We obtain your consent at the point of account creation and at checkout, you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in "What Are Your Privacy Rights?" above, and personal data is retained only for as long as necessary and stored using the security measures described in this notice.
